Douglas D. Dankel II Award Winners & AAAI Fellow
Two members of the Filuta team have been honoured with the prestigious Douglas D. Dankel II Award from the Florida AI Research Society (FLAIRS), recognizing long-term, outstanding contributions to AI research and the FLAIRS community. Among them is Prof. Roman Barták — the first European ever to receive this distinction.
Prof. Barták has also been elected as an AAAI Fellow, for significant contributions to the development and application of constraint-based planning and scheduling techniques and for his sustained education efforts in constraint programming.
